Engineered for Long-Term Surface Protection
GEO-SIL™ is a reactive silicate-based surface treatment designed to penetrate deep into concrete and masonry substrates, forming a permanent mineral structure that improves durability and resistance.
Stronger surfaces
Enhanced structural stability
Reduced porosity
CORE BENEFITS
Designed for Multiple Surface Types
Quantified improvements after a single GEO-SIL™ application
| Property | Untreated Concrete | After GEO-SIL™ |
|---|---|---|
| Water Absorption | High (capillary suction) | Reduced by up to 90% |
| Surface Hardness | Baseline | Increased 15–25% |
| Abrasion Resistance | Baseline | Improved significantly |
| Water Contact Angle | ~30° (wettable) | >110° (non-wettable) |
| Vapor Transmission | Open | Retained (breathable) |
| Chlorine Salt Resistance | Low | Improved significantly |
| Dust Generation | Significant | Eliminated |
| Penetration Depth | N/A | 3–6 mm |
| Bond Type | None | Covalent Si–O–Si |
The concentrate MUST be mixed with a gallon of DI/Distilled water and mixed. It should be used within 7 days of mixing.
No. It will not work and might stain or ruin the substrate. The concentrate cannot be used directly on the substrate.
The concentrated formula is formulated for a gallon of DI/Distilled water. It has a tolerance of ±2% only. We highly recommend using a gallon of water.
It will work, but the product's performance might be compromised. We highly recommend using DI/Distilled water.
The product performance might diminish greatly.
The product performance might diminish greatly.
It works on most porous substrates. For example, concrete, pavers, bricks, and stones.
No.
No.
The surface should be cleaned with pressure washing and dried fully before applying it. Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Product Application Guide for the complete details
No. The surface needs to be dry.
